The Provider (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “us”) has adopted this Privacy Policy to govern the use of Beezlinq Services by all users (hereinafter referred to as “you”), which includes, without limitation, individuals who use Beezlinq Services for personal purposes (the “Customers”) and those who use the Beezlinq Services in the course of their trade or business (the “Merchants”).For the avoidance of doubt, this Privacy Policy applies to all users, unless otherwise expressly excluded by written agreement. By consenting to, and agreeing to the terms of this Privacy Policy, you expressly consent and agree to us processing the data you submit and/or generate in the manner set out herein.


The Provider takes its access to such information very seriously and will use it only in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy, which describes the information we collect and how we use, share, and protect that information.   3. In order to create, manage user account, deliver, improve products and services. User might (not required to) upload some files which includes images, documents, etc.
  4. Communications between you and us for customer service and/or other purposes (e.g., by emails, faxes, phone calls, tweets, etc.);
  5. The emails and phone numbers of your contacts, if you choose to invite them to use one or more of the Beezlinq services as part of a referral program (unless your contact opts to unsubscribe from our commercial mailing list(s));
  6. Data generated by or about using Beezlinq Services, including information related to the nature and other details of usage.
  7. The unique identification number associated with your mobile device used to access any of our applications. For iOS users, we also collect the Apple-recommended CFUUID (the Core Foundation Universally Unique Identifier); and
  8. Other commercial and/or identification information required for us to comply with our obligations under applicable laws and regulations.

Action Tags:

Your ability to securely use Beezlinq Services also depends on your protection of your login credentials such as your product password. We strongly recommend that you do not share your password(s) or security information with anyone. The Developer will never ask you for your password. Therefore, any email or other communication requesting your password, or any similar security information should be treated as unauthorised and suspicious. If you do share your password(s) with a third party for any reason, including because the third party has promised to provide you additional services such as account aggregation, the third party will have access to your account and your personal information, and you will generally be considered responsible for any and all actions taken using your password. Data Retention

If you wish to permanently close an account associated with one or more Beezlinq Services, please let us know by submitting a request to Beezlinq Helpdesk ([email protected], +234 (0) 907 110 00770). We may retain information about you in our databases for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide Beezlinq Services to you. Additionally, our retention and use of your information will be in accordance with applicable law, including our legal obligations, interest in resolving any disputes, and the enforcement of all relevant agreements. It is important to note that the retention period may extend beyond the end of your relationship with us, as required by law or as deemed necessary in our absolute discretion.

The Developer works with third-party developers that offer important functions to us, which facilitate or support our Beezlinq Services in some way. We, therefore, disclose user data to such third-party developers from time to time so that their services can be effectively performed. The Developer may also share your information for the purposes of fraud prevention, risk management, customer service, legal compliance, and the provision of our services, particularly in circumstances where:

Log Files

Beezlinq follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services' analytics. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Developer (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analysing trends, administering the site, tracking users' movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.

Other websites, Social Media Platforms and Online Services

Our Beezlinq Services may incorporate links to other applications, websites, social media platforms or online services, whose privacy policies may differ from those of the Developer. Please be aware that if you submit information to any such application, website, social media platform or online service, your information is governed by their privacy policies, which should be read carefully prior to use. The Developer is not responsible for the practices or procedures of such third parties.

Advertising Partners Privacy Policies

Third-party ad servers or ad networks uses technologies like cookies, JavaScript, or Web Beacons that are used in their respective advertisements and links that appear on Beezlinq, which are sent directly to users' browser. They automatically receive your IP address when this occurs. These technologies are used to measure the effectiveness of their advertising campaigns and/or to personalize the advertising content that you see on websites that you visit.
Note that Beezlinq has no access to or control over these cookies that are used by third-party advertisers.

Notification of Changes

This Privacy Policy may be revised over time as new features are added to the Beezlinq Services or as we incorporate suggestions from our Users.
